At First School, our teachers and administrators want to instill a love of learning into each child. Our curriculum was developed using the Arkansas Preschool Framework designed to help children acquire social competence and skills they need to succeed as learners.
As a faith-based school, children will be exposed to songs and stories with religious content. Children ages 2 1/2 and older will attend chapel with the staff once a week as a group. This is a fun, social time for music and a biblical story. Children are encouraged to say grace as a group before eating snack and lunch, thanking God for his blessings.
